Norwegian Cruise Line had a special annoucement for travel agents yesterday, February 23, 2010. They held a special webinar and had Corporate Executive Chef Eric Cousin on the call.He announced a new menu at the Le Bistro onboard all NCL ships.
He is a 5th generation chef and restaurateur. Born and raised in the south of France. As a child, his passion for cokking was passed down from his father. At age 18, he studied in New York with renowned culinary masters Alain DuCasse, Christian De Louvier and Paul Bocuse. Created the menu of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones wedding at The Plaza Hotel.
